When you send a request through the contact form, the data you voluntarily enter is collected: name, email, company/project, subject and message.

For technical and organizational needs, the following may also be stored: page language, source page, submission date and time, and the version of the privacy notice acknowledged.

The data is used only to read your request and respond to you.

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject and/or the controller’s legitimate interest in managing received communications.

The data is not used for newsletters, marketing or unsolicited promotional communications.

Data sent through the contact form is stored for the time needed to manage the request and in any case no longer than 12 months, unless legal obligations or the need to protect the controller’s rights require a longer period.

The site uses a minimal visit counter. IP addresses, user agents, referrers, geographic area, browser, device or personal identifiers are not stored.

The browser may use sessionStorage only to avoid counting the same visit more than once in the same session.

The data may be processed through technical services required for the website, database, hosting and email delivery. These services are used only to make the site available, receive requests and respond.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to processing by writing to the data controller’s email address.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
